If you really knew me, you’d know I never pay full price for anything. But this look has got to be one of the most least expensive yet elevated looks I’ve ever worn. 1st off, I love a good monochrome moment! And this thrifted turtle neck & Forever21 coat were dying to be worn when I purchased them a few months ago, in the summer! The coat was $20 originally like $59.90 & I got it at a Forever 21 end of the season sale. (Most retailers always add new styles to their sale section at the end of each season!) Over-sized styles are one of my favorite silhouettes, they’re so versatile and comfortable. You can wear them like I did here or even belt them, so I couldn’t pass this purchase up! The denim skirt was from a thrift shop (Believe me, THE BEST denim finds are from thrift shops!) after shortening the hemline, it was perfect for this look. I tied this outfit together with a pair of denim heels from Gojane.com (on sale for $15.00+shipping!) and a gold cross body clutch from Frock Candy Boutique to add a little more glamour (that was on sale too lol). I suggest everyone have that one glamourous & versatile bag, it goes with everything & and elevates every look! I hope you enjoyed this post. You’ll definitely see many more monochrome moments from me in the future, it’s literally one of my favorite styling techniques.
