The queen (Beyonce) stopped the world when she dropped her highly anticipated Ivy Park x Adidas collection. She announced in Elle Magazine that she’d be dropping the collection in stores and online on Saturday, January 18.
Anyone who was unaware of the drop was certainly made aware if they existed on any social media platform. Beyonce sent Ivy Park care packages to some of her favorite celebrity friends. It feels like everyone received a promotional Ivy Park box from the queen. All the unboxing videos had me with major FOMO (but sis finally sent me my box!!! lol). From Megan Thee Stallion to Yara Shahidi, Reese Witherspoon and more. All of the celebrities were decked out in Ivy Park. It seems as though the only person who didn't recieve a box was Oprah!! It’s only a matter of time before she appears on the gram clad in the maroon and orange athleisure line!
Also, the maroon and orange color palette was a brilliant decision!! The colors are lovely together, maroon is one of my favorite winter colors and orange is my favorite summer color. The unisex line was the perfect winter pick-me-up. I couldn’t help but smile when the queen came across my instagram timeline dancing in HER clothing. There will be 2 drops in 2020 so stay tuned and stack your coins for the second drop!
